It was a wet track, soft to heavy, and the times were slow. Winners were 0 to 6-lengths off the leader at the 600m and came from 1^st through 12^th position. Winners sat 1 to 4-wide in the running and lanes 1 to 22 in the straight we used. Being wider on the track in the straight was definitely better as the meeting progressed.
