There was a strong tail wind down the straight.

The all-weather track played fast and favoured leaders.

On the turf the inside lanes on the “C+3” were clearly better. Winners were 0 to 3.4-lengths off the leader at the 600m,  Lanes 1 to 8 in the straight we used. Between the wind and the track it was an “up and in” pattern all day for the circle races.
