One of the better winning chances on the card is SELL MY SOLE, who has found a very thin race for genuine chances and competition. He was a main play for us last time when he ran a solid 2^ndto Chikorita (Race 760) over the course and distance, but that was a meeting when the inside section in the straight seemed inferior ground and he was nabbed late. Sell My Sole maps well again tonight and should be even better for the experience given it is his third career start. The main two dangers to him are HONEST WAY and POWER KING. The former needs the perfect race-shape given he has limited early pace, but Zac Purton sticking with him is a positive. Power King drops back to 1200m following a sound 5^thbehind Perfect Pair and that was following 154 days without a run, so he will no doubt strip fitter. This will be one of Tony Cruz’s key chances tonight as he tries to cause a big upset in the race for champion trainer (before the meeting he trails Yiu by 4 wins). Of the remainder, AMAZING is in good form but will get a long way back and will need a fair bit to go his way and much the same applies to SUPER KIN who has more upside than most. Sell My Sole is the clear lead, although short enough early and I like the quinella with Power King.
