This is a good race to finish the card and MIGHTY GIANT should be a tough one to get past again. His last two wins have rated well and he is also a proven winner when carrying a similar weight, so he is an easy horse to like. There is some early pace in this event, but not stacks of it and Mighty Giant should be able to get a good run on the pace with Zac Purton. The has also won off fast and slow tempos which is another positive for his overall chances. JUNEAU PARK comes up in grade and the drop in weight of 5kg might help him sprint more quickly when asked. He is progressive and although he might need to find a new peak to win, he is with the right stable to do it and the lighter weight will help his cause. He has shown the ability to sustain good race pressure and still remain in the fight, so shouldn’t be underestimated. This could be another classic with Purton and Moreira fighting it out. I am not sure there are many other chances, but TRIPLE TRIPLE makes some appeal. He rises in grade following his last-start 2^nd to Tung Wah Glory, but there was plenty of merit to that effort given the fast early pace. He is a progressive galloper and can run well. Juneau Park is the early lead here given how short Mighty Giant is.
