This gelding has recorded both his Hong Kong wins over 1400m at Sha Tin, so there might be a few that query his stamina over the Valley mile, but ultimately he doesn’t need to improve too much to be winning this event. The apprentice’s claim should offset a little rise in the handicap and he shapes as a sound each way option, particularly if he receives a soft sectional racing in the lead.
