There should be solid speed in this event with the last start winner DRAGON DANCE likely to try and make every post a winner. His latest victory didn’t really rate as anything special and to my assessment there are likely to be better betting options elsewhere. FUN TIMES has been knocking on the door for a win and this looks an easier option for him than recent starts. He deserves to be the clear favourite for this race and has a well-defined edge over the likes of SUPER LEADER, MANFUL STAR and DEAL MAKER. Super Leader might appreciate coming up to 1400m and his recent form has been satisfactory, but he has been costly to backers as a beaten favourite on two of his last three starts. Manful Star is limited but the lack of opposition gives him claims, while Deal Maker has all-weather form but was quite good on-pace in a fast race at his last outing. However, Fun Times should be hard to beat.
