HARMONY HERO (SID) will probably start a short-priced favourite in the penultimate event and he does look like the top chance to win this race based on his last run, where he handled the tight circuit well to finish second to Happy Dragon. If he can hold the form from that effort then he is the horse to beat, however he has come up very short. STAR MAJESTIC was given a poor ride on his last outing but he is the clear value in this race and is worth playing. The seven-time winner over the Valley mile hinted at a return to form two starts back, before being caught wide last time. Tonight, he maps to get en economical run closer to the fence not far from the front. The “C+3” rail won’t suit BRAVE LEGEND, but he has the same form lines as Harmony Hero and providing he doesn’t get too far off them during the running, then he should be powering home at the finish. DEFINING MOMENT is another that got going late last time but it was a marked improvement on anything he has shown in a handful of starts. EARTH TRILOGY has also shown some potential from two starts and might appreciate the move up to a mile. The main approach to this race though is to play Star Majestic on an each way basis.
