Given my assessment of this dirt race in comparison to the market there shapes to be a two or three worthwhile outlays here. GO PUBLIC comes into this race in the right form. Go Public needed to draw a low gate for his chances to be enhanced and he has (barrier 2). RAGING BLITZKRIEG will attract plenty of support and there’s no question that he is a major player. He should have won last time and his pedigree would suggest that he would thrive with move up in distance being a son of Sharmadal. Of course, popular South African-trainer Tony Millard is talking up a trip to Dubai for ELUSIVE STATE and whilst he is thriving, he is going to have to raise the bar again to be winning here. TURIN REDSTAR is one from one over this course and distance but the wide gate is a concern and it’s getting to a stage where as unlucky as he has been and as enormous as some of his performances rate he still hasn’t punched through for his third Hong Kong win. While stable mate GLORIOUS ARTIST has been posting figures that give him serious claims and he should take up a handy position. The chances don’t end there however! For an all-weather contest, this is a beauty and I’d be happy to back a two or three to win the race given their early prices.
