The last is a competitive race and I don’t have much between RAGING BLITZKRIEG and JUST NOT LISTENING. The former acts well on this surface and although he will map well here, it will not be easy to carry near top weight and win this. A softer run on-pace for Just Not Listening might make all the difference to this galloper who was gallant in defeat last time. In fact he is my marginal preference, primarily due to the weight difference between him and Raging Blitzkrieg. DASHING GAINER, SUPER MAN and STRATHCLYDE all have reasonably good form on the AWT and don’t have to find a great deal to figure in the finish once again. DASHING GAINER is a horse that has speed and sits close to the lead in his races, so not going too fast is the key for him. While Strathclyde maps to potentially sit just behind the main pace in a good spot. Super Man isn’t easy to catch the key for him as much as anything is racing on a dirt surface that isn’t horrendously biased where closer to the rail is quicker than wider.
