There shapes to be a solid each-way play here, THE CREATETH, who made the Sweet In Defeat file on his first-up run this season. Then he was seen powering home from back in the field over 1200m at Sha Tin and he posted the fourth-best final-400m (21.98) for the meeting, albeit off a slow tempo. He can take much closer order this time from a favourable draw and might have genuinely improved for John Moore. FANTASTIC FABIO and MR PICASSO will be fitter for their only runs this term. The decision to hand up the lead on Fantastic Fabio when he last races was quite poor, so he can certainly improve if he’s allowed more rein on the lead. TRAVEL SUCCESSOR covered a lot of ground first-up when three-wide without cover but that race didn’t rate that well. ALL YOU NEED was another luckless runner when badly checked at a key stage and could be included if you’re taking a quaddie. I’m happy to outlay each on The Createth here though in what is a relatively competitive race.
