There isn’t much pace in this event and therefore I’m not sure quite sure if things will play out beneficially for the early favourite HAVE FUN TOGETHER. He is drawn to get the right run on the rail, but typically he has settled back in the field, which makes things a touch tricky. If he runs up to his second to Relentless Me however then there’s no doubt he is the horse to beat. That said the likely leader A BEAUTIFUL might also be a good option at each way odds. He was sound when fourth behind Winning Controller (race 6) and I like that Derek Leung is taking over the helm. It seems the market isn’t quite as keen on Pakistan Friend this time on the back of his first run back for the season, which was actually sound in my opinion. He clocked the sixth-best 400m at the meeting (22.41) and has more upside than most here. IMPECCABLE FELLOW is also going to find a race win soon enough and should be included if you’re taking exotics. A Beautiful appears a decent each way outlay at his price however.
