The best bet of the afternoon races here, HAVE FUN TOGETHER. His last two runs in defeat have rated superior to what his rivals here have posted and if he can settle a touch closer he will take a lot of beating. He’s drawn to map just forward of midfield and should be able to sprint best even though there isn’t much tempo expected overall. SWEETIE BARLEY caught the eye when fourth on the all-weather at his last start, he switches back to the turf today, and also gets an important drop in class. I expect that he will run well. LONDON HALL sustained a decent final-600m (34.79) at his last race outing but is hard to gauge on just one start and the form out of that race hasn’t worked out that well. SPLIT OF A SECOND should appreciate the step unto 1400m and promotes some interest returning to Sha Tin. Have Fun Together though is clearly my top selection and I recommend a 6 unit win outlay.
